Can I return/refund my item?

Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is received or the item is on back order and not noted on the product page at time of purchase.

Once a product has been tested, test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Details will be provided once return request lodged via info@ausmodified.com.au

 

HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice for the item(s) they wish to return. Details will be provided once return has been approved.

 

SHIPPING for returns

All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by AusModified and associated distribution partners, AusModified will re-imburse return shipping costs.

For customer who purchase using the PayPal payment gateway may be eligible for shipping return compensation with PayPal. Please visit PayPal website for more info: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns

 

CREDIT for returns/refunds
Customers will be credited through the original gateway purchase method. For payments made via Zip Pay, After Pay or Card (Visa, Mastercard etc) will be less any merchant/bank fees we incur plus a $25 cancellation fee.



Instore return option
Customers may return items in person providing that the return request has already been approved by AusModified.



Packing materials?

All returns must be in original package. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee.

 

AusModified will not be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
